Definitions and Interpretation

In these terms and conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated here unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered account created by a user to access stich88 services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a user's account, excluding bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirements.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus must be wagered before the bonus funds and any winnings can be withdrawn.

Account Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the stich88 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• Be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under applicable law.
• Not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling activities.
• Register with true, accurate and current personal information. Registration with false information or under another person's name is strictly prohibited.
• Not hold any other stich88 account, whether active or suspended. Only one account is permitted per individual.

stich88 reserves the right at any time to request proof of identity and age, including a copy of your identity card (MyKad) or passport. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in your account being suspended until verification is complete.

Permitted Platform Use

Use of the stich88 platform is solely for personal entertainment purposes. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial mechanism to play or manage an account.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform system.
• Using an account for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Accessing another person's account or sharing login details with any third party.
• Transferring funds between user accounts or selling an account balance to another party.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the stich88 platform must comply with the following guidelines:

Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name. stich88 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All withdrawal requests are subject to security and compliance checks, which may require additional verification.

If any suspicious activity is detected in relation to your account, stich88 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until the investigation is complete, without prior notice.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

stich88 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and must be fulfilled in full before any withdrawal of bonus winnings is permitted.

Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 100% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement is 15 times (15x) the bonus amount received.

Example wagering requirement calculations:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 15 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM1,800 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,688 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 15 = RM13,320

stich88 reserves the right to modify or end any promotion at any time. Bonus abuse, including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account termination.

User Responsibilities

As a stich88 user, you acknowledge and agree to:

• Play only with funds you can afford to lose.
• Ensure all account information is accurate and kept up to date.
• Adhere to the limits you set for yourself in relation to responsible gambling.
• Notify stich88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Maintain the security of any device used to access the platform.
• Ensure that no individual under the age of 21 uses your account under any circumstances.

• Service interruptions caused by system maintenance, network disruptions or events beyond our control.
• Data loss resulting from technical failures beyond stich88's control.
• Indirect or consequential losses that could not have been foreseen by either party.

stich88's total liability to users will not exceed the actual account balance held in the user's account at the time the claim is made.

Account Suspension and Termination

stich88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time if:

• The user violates any of the terms and conditions set out in this document.
• There is suspicious activity or suspected fraud on the account.
• The user fails to provide the requested identity verification documents within the specified period.
• The user is found to be under 21 years of age or does not meet other eligibility requirements.
• There is a court order or directive from the relevant authorities.

If your account is terminated due to a terms violation, stich88 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in that account. For terminations unrelated to violations, real money (excluding bonuses) will be returned once the investigation is complete.

Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

stich88 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the international licensing principles under which stich88 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body.
